How to adjust the amount of food to maintain the ideal weight?

Provide owners with specific instructions on how to feed their pet. The indicated daily doses are only an approximate guide and a point of reference. Grams are the most accurate way to measure a pet’s food dose. Tracking the problem and the patient's body condition will ensure the nutritional recommendation yields the best results. It is recommended to switch to this new food gradually over 7 days or more. Remind clients to feed their pet only the recommended Hill's Prescription Diet food, either dry and/or canned.

Note: For clients who have previously fed their pet this diet (before the incorporation of ActivBiome+ technology), it is recommended to transition to the new formula over a period of 7 days.
